Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make. My goal is to give you the knowledge and confidence to make that decision with clarity.
Before becoming a home inspector, I served as a firefighter where attention to detail, calm decision making, and protecting people were part of everyday life. Those same values guide every inspection I perform today.
I’ve also spent years involved in the construction of my own homes. Working closely with builders and visiting the job site every few days gave me a front row seat to every stage of the building process. I experienced framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, finishes, and even the frustration of failed city inspections and the corrections that followed. That hands on experience taught me how homes are built and where problems often begin.
As an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, I provide thorough, unbiased inspections with easy to understand reports. I believe in explaining my findings in plain English so you know what matters, what doesn’t, and what should be addressed.
